One less job vacancy
So I took a job this week. I am Taupo-nui-a-tia College's newest Chemistry and Science teacher. Weird eh? Yeah...I start next February. It's in the centre of the North Island and the town, Taupo, has been described as the Queenstown of the North. The town lies on the biggest lake/volcano in NZ.
I finished teacher's college today and thusly I am a real teacher. It is scary as. I have emotions of excitement and fear coursing through me.
Getting a job has lifted some weight off my shoulders but almost then added twice as much. I have to now send off my application to the New Zealand Teachers Council, file for a Work Visa, get myself sorted as to how I'm going to get up to Taupo, apply for moving expenses, and so on. I'm sure it will all work out but I hate paperwork eh. I feel so helpless filling stuff out and sending stuff away.
